Our sponges are filled with the finest strawberry jam, soaked in sugar syrup before being coated in finest butter icing and finished with the coloured icing and decoration of your choice.  A well priced, but moist and delicious option.

 

Other flavours are available at extra costs, however some flavours may not suit certain cake types, such as stacked tier or carved cakes. These flavours include Lemon sensation, chocolate mud cake, carrot cake, Marble cake,

However the prices quoted here are for plain Madeira cake.

 

 

 

 

Our ingredients are not bought months in advance so we can guarantee you the freshest, tastiest cakes.

 

Cupcakes are also available as a very fashionable alternative to a traditional cake. Prices are quoted for plain cupcakes but flavoured cupcakes can be quoted.

Our fruit cakes are soaked in Courvoisier brandy for up to 10 days before being baked with the fresh ingredients which are our trademark.  Coated in marzipan and finished with the icing and decoration of your choice.  The luxury of a fruit cake this moist and tasty makes any occasion a true celebration!
